Yes use a temperature of 180°C or lower. The fibres are delicate and can be damaged by higher temperatures.

No. All Juluna wigs are glueless. For extra hold in wind or for styling, you can use a little wig tape or gel if you wish.

Fill a bowl with cool water → add a little wig-safe shampoo → gently swish (don’t rub/twist) → rinse cool → lay flat to dry (no heat).

For hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only if the wig is unworn, unstyled, with no perfume smell and in original packaging. Contact us first — we’ll guide you.
