Shipping policy

UK Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Processing Time

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During busy periods or promotional events, please allow an extra day for dispatch. If there is any delay, we will notify you by email.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number. You can track your order directly through the Royal Mail website.

Packaging

Each wig is carefully packed with a wig net and tissue wrap to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please retain your packaging until you are sure you’re keeping your item.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us at info@julunawigs.com. We will open a trace with the courier and provide assistance to locate your parcel. Claims for lost parcels must be made within 14 days of the dispatch date.
