Refund policy

We want you to love your new wig from Juluna Wigs. If you’re not completely happy, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

All sample sale items are sold at a reduced price and are considered final sale.

To qualify for a return on full price wigs:
- The wig must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.
- The lace must be uncut, and all tags, nets, and hygiene seals must remain intact.
- The wig must be returned in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.
- You must notify us of your intention to return via info@julunawigs.com before sending the item back.

Wigs can easily absorb fragrances from perfume, candles, wax melts, or other scented products. Please try on in a fragrance-free environment. Returns must be free from strong or lingering scents.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, washed, or show any signs of handling beyond initial inspection.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

If your return does not meet the hygiene or condition requirements, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect wig, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@julunawigs.com with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Important Note

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all our customers, any wig showing signs of wear, residue, odour, or lace alteration cannot be accepted for return.
