Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, and photography. 

Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal. Juluna Wigs does not store or have access to your full payment information. By completing your purchase, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Order Processing

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). In the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative product.

Shipping

Delivery time is 2 -3 working days.  You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on eligible returns, hygiene requirements, and refund processing times. For hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn, tried on, styled, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occasionally occur and we reserve the right to correct them.
